Work will be carried out as per the project brief provided by the client. Any additional features or tasks not mentioned initially will require separate charges and extended timelines.
The estimated timeline for project delivery will be mutually agreed upon before starting. Any delay caused by client-side feedback or additional requests may lead to a revised delivery date.
A minimum of 30% to 50% advance payment is required before starting the project. Remaining payment must be made upon project completion or based on predefined milestones. Payment methods accepted: UPI, Bank Transfer, PayPal, or any agreed platform.
Up to 1–2 rounds of minor revisions are included in the quoted price. Additional revisions or major changes will incur extra charges.
Full ownership and source files will be handed over only after the final payment is received. Until full payment is made, all rights remain with the freelancer.
All client data, project details, and business information will be kept strictly confidential. No information will be shared with third parties without written consent from the client.
All communication will be done via Email, WhatsApp, or agreed messaging platforms. The freelancer will provide regular updates during the project timeline.
If the project is canceled by the client after the start, the advance amount will not be refunded. If the project is canceled due to the freelancer's inability to complete it, a partial refund may be considered.
Free technical support will be provided for a limited period (e.g., 7–30 days) after delivery. Ongoing maintenance or future updates can be arranged under a separate AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the freelancer's local area. Indian laws will apply to all agreements and disputes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
